Upstream Roofers (“Upstream,” “we,” “us”) is a Colorado roofing contractor owned by Nathan Stovall. This policy explains what information we collect through upstreamroof.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us. When you submit our inspection or contact form, that is your name, phone number, email address, your city, the service you're interested in, and any message you add. We do not ask for or store payment information on this site.
Separately, our analytics tools record ordinary usage data that isn't tied to your name — which pages were viewed, roughly what area the visit came from, and what kind of device and browser were used. When you submit the form, they also record which service you picked and whether you told us storm damage may be involved, so we can see which pages actually lead to inquiries — never your name, phone, email, or message. That's described under Cookies & analytics below.
When you submit the form, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Upstream Roofers about your inspection and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing info@upstreamroof.com or calling (720) 544-3645.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, the email delivery service that routes your form submission to our team, and, with your involvement, your insurance carrier or adjuster when documenting a storm-damage claim. That's it.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful so we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser to tell a returning visit from a new one. We also use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless.
We do not use any of this for advertising. There are no ad or remarketing tags on this site, and we have turned off Google's cross-site advertising features — Google Signals and ad personalization — so your visit is not used to build advertising audiences or follow you to other sites. Your browser settings let you block cookies if you prefer, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on.
Our financing page embeds a payment calculator built and hosted by Hearth, a third-party financing company. Opening that one page makes your browser fetch the calculator and its logo from Hearth, a web font from Google, and a small tracking image that tells Hearth the calculator was viewed on our site. That request sets Hearth's own cookies in your browser — routing cookies from their infrastructure, which we neither control nor read. It is how Hearth counts widget views for us. It is not an advertising or remarketing tag, and all we ever learn from it is that the page was used.
The numbers you type into the calculator — a project cost and a credit-score range you pick yourself — are worked out in your own browser. They are not submitted anywhere, not to Hearth and not to us, and choosing a credit range in it is not a credit check. If you click its button to go on to Hearth, you leave this site and continue under Hearth's own privacy policy, not this one. We aren't a party to any of it— nothing you do on Hearth's site comes back to ours. The calculator loads on that page and nowhere else on this site.
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete your information any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here.
