Insurance documentation done thoroughly — without the hard sell

We've worked the insurance side of Colorado storm claims for years. We document damage thoroughly, can meet your adjuster on site, and give you a detailed written estimate and any supplements to submit. You file with your insurer. We don't control carrier decisions, don't promise outcomes, and never offer to waive your deductible.

  • Free documentation inspection
  • On-site adjuster meetings
  • Detailed written estimates
  • Small and local — not a storm chaser

What we provide

Our job is thorough documentation and quality work — not selling you a guaranteed approval. You stay in control of filing with your insurer.

Free damage inspection

Roof-level look with photos. Straight talk on what we see.

Thorough photo documentation

The record that supports your claim file and your own decision-making.

Detailed written estimate

A scope and estimate you can submit — not a vague doorstep pitch.

On-site adjuster meetings

We can meet your adjuster and point out what we found, calmly and factually.

Supplement documentation

If more damage shows up during work, we document it so you can submit a supplement.

What we don't do

Promise claim approvals. Waive or “cover” deductibles (illegal in Colorado). Pressure you the night of the storm. Vanish after you sign. If someone else is offering those things, treat it as a red flag.

Colorado homeowners should know

A nearby hail report is not proof your house was hit. Check our published NOAA hail history, get a free roof-level inspection, and keep control of your claim. Under Colorado law, contractors cannot waive or absorb your insurance deductible — treat anyone who offers that as a red flag.

Questions

Storm Damage & Insurance Documentation FAQ

Do you handle the insurance paperwork for me?

We document the damage thoroughly, give you a detailed written estimate and any supplements to submit, and can meet your adjuster on site to point out what we found. You file with your insurer; we make sure nothing gets missed.

What if my claim gets denied?

We can re-inspect and document additional damage to support a supplement. We don't control the carrier's decision, but thorough documentation gives your claim its best footing.

Will you waive my deductible?

No. Under Colorado law, a roofing contractor can't pay, waive, rebate, or absorb your insurance deductible. Anyone who offers that is a red flag.

Do you guarantee my claim will be approved?

No. No contractor controls the carrier. We document thoroughly and can meet your adjuster — we never promise an approval or a dollar amount.

Is the documentation inspection free?

Yes. Free and no-pressure. You get photos and a clear written estimate whether or not you move forward with us.
