With decades of experience, we are ready to take on any roof with detail and safety. Many contractors in the Colorado market alter the way they do their roofing projects based off of current local codes. What is “required” in one building municipality may not be in another.
Upstream Builders has a different mentality on the subject. We have taken the higher level of code requirements that exist in the state, and we do every roof to that standard, regardless of code requirements. A roofing project completed by Upstream Builders will always include:

-6 nail pattern minimum
-Ice and Water barrier on eaves and Valleys
-Proper starter shingle on eaves and Rakes
-Replacement of all metals touched during the process
-Replacement of drip-edge metals on eaves and rakes
-We replace ventilation whenever possible as opposed to resetting outdated or damaged units

Seamless Gutters and Downspouts

Along with your new roof system, we regularly install K-style seamless gutters. In both 5’’ and 6’’ aluminum; pre colored or painted to match your trim.
Proper drainage and water management is key to a properly functioning waterproofing system.
